Google Bad Review 1: In the lead up to move, very professional. On the day of the move it couldn’t of been more un professional.
£1300 total for moving from a 2 bed home to a bungalow 10 mins down the road! All because they arrive early, pack up early and head and wait at your new house before you’ve completed and then charge you wait times per vehicles which they very sneaky do not tell you about until you are already being charged wait times.
Charged us more than they were waiting for and used our possessions against us until we paid and wouldn’t unload! Made our move in day hell! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Joke of a company

Google Bad Review (2): Booked well in advance of moving, gave full information of the stuff I had to move including an ottoman bed that would need dismantling and reassembling, was told by Ben Walker that their service was second to none and that I had nothing to worry about. On the day of the move, the van was booked to arrive between 8-9am, at 11am still nothing, no phonecalls, messages or emails. I chased them only to be told that the van had “broken down” and another one had been dispatched and would be with me by 1pm. At 1.30pm I called again as still nothing. I was sent a text of the number of the driver (“Bash” removals – doesn't exactly fill you with confidence) and so I contacted them directly. Long story short, English was patently not their first language and when they eventually arrived (at 15.30 on the Thursday before Good Friday!!) I was told they weren't informed about the bed, asked how much I paid and that they couldn't do it. I then find myself caught in a “he said, she said, liar liar, pants on fire” situation between Ben Walker and the drivers!! Needless to say I didn't move and I am now chasing a refund of my deposit, despite being told that it would be done first thing after the bank holiday. Can't get hold of anyone and now looking at legal action to recover my deposit and costs incurred for storage due to this company being a complete shower. The owner of the business, Eddie, then responded to another feedback I left saying they'd offered another van….(which would've been the 3rd van), they absolutely didn't, but by then I'd lost all confidence and just wanted them gone. I am now taking legal action. AVOID THIS LOT!!!
