Google Bad Review:  Room was very small and looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the website. The outside of the building looks awful and the door had smashed glass in it! I called ahead to ask if I could check in early and was told it would be fine, as long as I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming. I got there and was told that I’d need to pay an extra £10 to check in early! Very clearly a money making scam. The mattress was so thin that I could literally feel the bed frame underneath every time I moved. It also made a lot of noise due to the cheap material. Very disappointed with the service and definitely feel like I’ve been conned out of my money. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in London, look elsewhere! This place is definitely not worth the trouble.

Google Bad Review (2):  I booked my bridesmaids in to stay here the night before my wedding last June but when we arrived to check in there were several other guests outside waiting for someone to answer the door or phone. When we eventually got hold of someone they informed us the hotel had been closed by fire inspectors a few days before. They didn't bother calling to let me know despite me booking directly with the hotel. I was told I would get a refund but heard nothing. I emailed and tried calling in the weeks after that to chase up the refund and eventually had to go to the hotel and refuse to leave before they would process it. Obviously that was last year, things might have changed but I wouldn't take the risk. The Travelodge round the corner on the other hand was great.
