Google Bad Review 1: Made an appointment for Jake to look at our house with regards to doing a loft conversion. He turned up but didn’t get out of his van. He told me that his van had a problem which meant he couldn’t turn the engine off and that he need to go to a garage to refuel. He drove off. Jake called me some time later to say his van was still faulty and that he’d come round the next day. He didn’t show up. Nor did he call. This was a few days ago now and we’ve heard nothing from him. If this is how reliable he is when just assessing potential projects, how could I have confidence in expecting him to complete a project on time and to a high standard. There may be a good reason for his no-show, but a call or a text would be good.
