Google Bad Review 1:  Tried to arrange a collection via online form. Unfortunately nobody got back after 3 days. I then had to call anyway and book, which makes the online form obsolete. Eventually when I did get through I was received by personnel who really need to work on their customer service skills.
I found them to be rude and unhelpful. I have been trying to get through to confirm items on the collection list but once again it was met by abrupt and rude assistants that have been anything but helpful. What a shame seeing as the intention was to give to a charity out of good will.
