I met you twice, you are a nice person but please instruct your Birmingham staff that at least they should know how to speak. They are so rude and rubbish people that they don't even bother to listen what opposite person want to speak. This is service industry and they are not home-office executives what they pretend.
Its loyal request please train them how to behave, if they are British tomorrow someone else will also be British.
Again would like to say you are nice person, but really disappointed from your staff.
