Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible service, incredibly rude and aggressive.
I called to make enquiries about a particular issue and an appointment with one of the legal team.

The call was taken by what appeared to be a young male employee. He seemed to be very rushed and didn’t have any time for me. He appeared to be preoccupied with other tasks whilst we were speaking. When I asked to speak to one of the legal team. He stated he was in fact one of the solicitors. Which based on his responses, Seemed highly unlikely.

He seemed to be very inexperienced and immature.
He feigned interest and was very dismissive of me.

When I challenged him on his presentation, he quickly became aggressive and hung up on me.

His employers should be aware of his poor service and I won’t recommend this firm.

Offer you staff appropriate training.
