Google Bad Review:  Kelen tried to place an order with our company, the sales agreement attempted to be entered into by Kelen could not be agreed with our company due to a price issue which was immediately highlighted to Kelen. We couldnt and wouldnt sell at a loss.

Kelen acting entirely unreasonably, unprofessionally and in a rude manner, insisting incorrectly that his offer had to be accepted and he would accept nothing else.

Despite offering to cancel and refund Kelen immediately, Kelen preferred to write multiple negative reviews containing unfounded details about the order over Trust Pilot and Google and raised Paypal disputes which delayed his refund and lead to further unwarranted rudeness.

If you wish to deal with a professional company who can act reasonably in their dealings then Kelen ARE NOT the one for you.

If further comments are published with unfounded and libelous statements by Kelen accusing our company of either being a fraud or scam (we've been in business 20 years and I cannot see how not accepting an order with a price error and refunding the transaction in full would ever stand up in court as being a scam) then sadly we would be forced to take legal action against Kelen for these publicly made comments.

I would certainly recommend dealing with companies that keep matters professional and do not try to try to go public with defamatory statements about you. My advice would be to steer clear
