Google Bad Review:  I have never left a negative review for a business before as I don't generally agree with it, but I feel I have been left with no choice in this instance, as the directors of the Barnet branch have not addressed any of my concerns via email.

I was employed by We Love Pets (Barnet) recently. The manager offered me work, took me on, then failed to turn up to a meeting she had arranged with me, and avoided/ignored me for a week. I had to chase her for some communication and clarity (which was also ignored), and she eventually told me (after a week of barely any communication) that there was no work, despite initially telling me there was plenty. She then ignored my very valid and fair questions and concerns about this. I had to follow up with a question about my pay which was also ignored.

It is without a doubt the most bizarre, unprofessional treatment I have ever received. I have never worked anywhere where the policies are to put the client's needs before your own health and safety, and if you are no longer needed you are disposed of with such disregard, dishonesty and with no communication. I would be very cautious of accepting work from the Barnet directors.

Google Bad Review:  Unfortunately we didnt have a good experience with them. Nikki was supposed to be spending x2 30 minute visits per day with our cats, however we found out she was only spending 10 minutes.(We recieve automated emails from our concierge when the keys are dropped off after each visit). When i asked her about this she got very defensive and angry and ended up removing herself from the group chat with myself and Antonet. Antonet tried to make excuses for her saying she is stressed. Stressed or not doesnt make it ok. My cats are indoor cats and are very social so i expect them to get interaction during the visit.
We were going to use them again using another sitter however Antonet said the new sitter would need to bring her child along too which i just dont find professional and it took her more than a day to always get back to me.

In response to Antonet, i dont think its fair to start lying. Weve only used Nikki twice before not several times.
It wasnt one ocassion Nikki only stayed 10 minutes but three times! In regards to concerige they told us she only waited 2 minutes for key collection so that still leaves 18 minutes unaccounted for.
I still have the text messages from you saying Nikki was under personal stress not that she was ”unwell” which still isnt an excuse to only spend 10 minutes when your service clearly states 30 minutes. If Nikki was unwell why didnt she say this to us instead of getting aggressive and blocking us via whatsapp?

Yes we were going to give you another chance because after contacting several other pet services none covered our area and we wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt.
I think its only fair we were refunded due to Nikki not delivering a good service and for her bad attitude after being caught out. We wanted someone who genuinely enjoys spending some time with our social cats not just in it for the money.
