Google Bad Review: Had possibly the worst retail experience ever with their fulham branch. After they accepted over £11,000 of our money, we had to chase them up on when items would be delivered after a week. The salesperson fobbed us off, and told us to contact their delivery team. That was warning sign one. 25% price increase after initial quote, less than 4 weeks after quotation. Warning sign 2. Items that were meant to be delivered weren’t, tiles never got delivered, one excuse after another. Two bathtubs got delivered, which weren’t what we ordered. Sinks got delivered without tap holes and we were told that’s how they come and we had to drill own holes. When you’re mid build and you have to chase up a supplier, when you have workers on site, and they don’t respond you end up paying people to sit around and you end up with project delays. Have now been waiting over 10 days for a refund of the tiles not delivered, and bathroom rails not delivered. Having sent three chasing emails, as well as 10 emails over missing goods, we are now having to chargeback to reclaim our money. Before using them, bear in mind that we paid for items at start of February. Here we are in April having gone elsewhere for tiles out of frustration and lack of trust and they still don’t have the decency to apologise and refund us. Not even talking about compensation. Frustration by design
