Google Bad Review 1:  My cleaner never bothered to turn up and her phone was turned off. The customer service I received was shocking, they had no idea what to do and recommended me another company I could use and cancelled all my bookings. They had no way of resolving the issue or find out what had gone wrong. The priority fir me for a cleaning company is reliability and this was a terrible experience. I had even paid a £15 deposit to secure the cleaner's time. Steer clear, if anything goes wrong, this company has no intention of providing any customer service.
