Google Bad Review:  This is quite a poor quality apartment experience. For the same money I should have stayed in a hotel. At least in a hotel you have the opportunity to raise any issues or complaints with the team at reception. Here you are on your own.

When I got into bed to sleep I found the mattress was absolutely impossible to get comfortable on, as I could feel the springs everywhere. As a result I had to pull out the sofa bed in the living area to sleep on. Not happy.

Also, the WiFi did not work, just ridiculous.

Additionally, the address is listed as being Avonmore Road, but the actual apartment is somewhere else. They don’t tell you this before hand, instead they let you book first (non-refundable by the way) and they email you a day in advance of your stay with the real address.

Google Bad Review:  Pretty poor in nutshell. Booked for 3 people and room was size of a broom cupboard. Our friend couldn't stay as not enough room.
Fire alarms went off twice, kitchen tired. Only 2 cups/plates etc so if friend had of stayed would not be enough cutlery. Toilet seat not fixed. Walls dirty. Found blonde hair on floor in bathroom ( neither of us are blonde). No cold water in kitchen tap, no tea towel. Bath towels fit for animal rescue donation. Electrics ‘iffy and stair carpet is an accident claim waiting to happen!!

Google Bad Review:  Our stay was ruined by a very unpleasant greeting on arrival. The receptionist barely acknowledged us and grumpily checked us in.

My husband and I wore masks and asked him if he would mind wearing one too but he refused. First he said he was exempt from wearing a mask, then said no one else cared and everyone was going to restaurants now anyway so what difference does it make.

The check in took at least 15 minutes and we felt forced into a situation we would have chosen to avoid had we known.

I am shocked that Native care so little about their guests feeling comfortable, especially in the middle of a pandemic.
