Google Bad Review (2):  Very good eyebrow shaping with wax but they did not make the shape of them the same. One is smaller then then the other. I have had facials twice here and every time I either got mascara in my eyes from them not cleaning my makeup and the other they got soap or some kind of facial cleaner in my eyes! It was horrible! The second time my vision was blurry for almost 3 hours! The first time they did very well and cleaned my face nicely but the second time they didnt do anything i asked for. I paid £25 for which i asked for them to take my blackheads out and they did nothing! They put exactly 3 creams on my face and that was it! Along with a bit of hot steam on my face. Over all, the eyebrows were ok but im not coming back for any facials

I visited this dentist in 2016, looking to have invisilign treatment. I then received a quote for the treatment, the fixed and removal retainers and two front veneers. Unfortunately I decided to begin my treatment at this dentist, it was a nightmare from the very beginning. I was experiencing some pain during the treatment so seeked a second opinion from a local dental surgery who told me the attachments had been fitted incorrectly and it was causing issues with my gums which of course I then had to pay the other dentist for, the fixed retainer was fitted incorrectly causing more gum problems so another dentist also had to remove and replace it. The veneers were also not attached correctly and were a completely different colour to my teeth. On the final day of my treatment the practice asked for me to again for the veneers and retainers claiming that I hadn’t paid however this was all included in the initial quote. Subsequently they will not provide any after care again meaning I have had to pay to visit a different practice.

Google Bad Review 1:  **AVOID** Although Hana advised I would receive a refund as I did not have my treatment, she then noted that she didn't say this. Very bad customer service, no communication for nearly 2 weeks before my appointment date although I had DM'd, emailed & called, but received no response or call back. I should have known this was scamming from then. Hana refused to apologise until I repeatedly noted how unprofessional it was. I wanted to support a small business think they reserve good treatment for friends and paid influencers. Advises on contacting 48 hours before appointment if there needs to be any changes to appointment date/ time and although I called over 5 times I was told, ”how am I supposed to answer when I'm busy” like it's my fault. Also bad-mouthed the therapist I had previously seen and advised she had recorded our conversation. Well I hope you listen back and are ashamed of your theft, accepting bookings and appointments when you have no capacity and then refusing to refund a customer you have not even treated. **AVOID**

Google Bad Review 1:  I went to the spa yeatersay with my husband. The first room we went into was the aroma room. As soon as we went in it felt as if it was much hotter than usual. We sat down in which we couldnt for too long and came out. I had in the process burnt my bum. Loads of other people were going in and coming out straight away so it wasnt just us. Me and my husband went out to reception to let them know that the Aroma room is super hot and that ive actually burnt my bum by sitting down for like 2 secs. She went and checked the temp and told us its how much we usually keep it on, and thats it. We went back and used all the other rooms which were all fine. So i dont understand how Aroma rooms temp “was fine” as the receptionist said. The people who were going into the Aroma room were leaving the door wide open becsuse surely the temp is wrong in there. Me and my husband go here regularly, but the service has really dropped down! No aplology from the receptionist or anything. Before leaving we went into the Aroma room to check the temp and can feel that it had dropped. When we had complained to the receptionist earlier, and she went “to check”, she must have noticed it was high and put the temp down but told us it was all fine. Everytime we go here something is broken or not working, so your paying full for the facilities but your not using everything. This has been happening a few time on our visits, so were not coming back. Not happy with this place anymore!

Google Bad Review (2):  Impossible to contact the spa to make a booking, which is their loss since I'll be going elsewhere. Tried phoning them, and got stuck in a loop where in the end I got to speak to someone at the Leisure Centre who also tried to transfer my call to the Abbey Spa – but I waited maybe 20 mins with the phone just ringing and no one picking up. Sent them an email – and almost 3 weeks later no one has replied.

This chain is a joke seriously. Nearly every coupon available in London with different names and pictures will lead to them. They'll look nice, big, cool and even with a pool sometimes at the pictures but it's all lies.
Decided to get my bf and I a spa day for my birthday which wasn't cheap (even trough a voucher deal). You get there, the place is horrifically tiny, the changing room does look like a dirty broom cupboard and everything sucks really. From the moment you try to book (nobody EVER answers the phone and you are put on hold. After several minutes, an automated voice says that the user reached their voicemail capacity and the call is finished! Hahahaha)
OK getting back to the “Spa”… We had horribly painful massages and the jacuzzi was so so hot, BOILING really. We had to leave it cause both of us were starting to pass out. Then one had to wait for the other to use the shower cause there's only one obviously. It was my birthday and I'll always remember like one of the worse I've had thanks to this place. I got so upset and traumatised that my bf trying to undo the impression, tried to book another one, a different one with a different name, different pictures and locations, more expensive etc and it ended up being THE SAME CHAIN. I was going to give their a new chance in another branch even with the disappointment of knowing that we were lied to and ended up buying for the same awful place as before but it ended up being impossible to book it due to NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONE so we just asked for our money back.
Just in case I wasn't clear enough: DON'T EVER COME TO THIS PLACE.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had the worst massage ever. All they did was put cream and rub it on my back. Kept requesting the lady to massage my back she just kept saying yes but did nothing. Paid for 30 mins. The so called massage of putting cream on my back lasted only for 20 mins. Better of spending your money at a real massage place. The spa facilities are decent and the staff are courteous. The place is much smaller than advertised.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very good eyebrow shaping with wax but they did not make the shape of them the same. One is smaller then then the other. I have had facials twice here and every time I either got mascara in my eyes from them not cleaning my makeup and the other they got soap or some kind of facial cleaner in my eyes! It was horrible! The second time my vision was blurry for almost 3 hours! The first time they did very well and cleaned my face nicely but the second time they didnt do anything i asked for. I paid £25 for which i asked for them to take my blackheads out and they did nothing! They put exactly 3 creams on my face and that was it! Along with a bit of hot steam on my face. Over all, the eyebrows were ok but im not coming back for any facials

Google Bad Review 1:  I went to the spa yeatersay with my husband. The first room we went into was the aroma room. As soon as we went in it felt as if it was much hotter than usual. We sat down in which we couldnt for too long and came out. I had in the process burnt my bum. Loads of other people were going in and coming out straight away so it wasnt just us. Me and my husband went out to reception to let them know that the Aroma room is super hot and that ive actually burnt my bum by sitting down for like 2 secs. She went and checked the temp and told us its how much we usually keep it on, and thats it. We went back and used all the other rooms which were all fine. So i dont understand how Aroma rooms temp “was fine” as the receptionist said. The people who were going into the Aroma room were leaving the door wide open becsuse surely the temp is wrong in there. Me and my husband go here regularly, but the service has really dropped down! No aplology from the receptionist or anything. Before leaving we went into the Aroma room to check the temp and can feel that it had dropped. When we had complained to the receptionist earlier, and she went “to check”, she must have noticed it was high and put the temp down but told us it was all fine. Everytime we go here something is broken or not working, so your paying full for the facilities but your not using everything. This has been happening a few time on our visits, so were not coming back. Not happy with this place anymore!

Google Bad Review (2):  Impossible to contact the spa to make a booking, which is their loss since I'll be going elsewhere. Tried phoning them, and got stuck in a loop where in the end I got to speak to someone at the Leisure Centre who also tried to transfer my call to the Abbey Spa – but I waited maybe 20 mins with the phone just ringing and no one picking up. Sent them an email – and almost 3 weeks later no one has replied.
