Google Bad Review 1:  Im embarrassed to be writing this, I have never reviewed a restaurant before. I have been a waitress, receptionist and bar staff and I’ve never spoken to anyone the way your employee spoke to me today. I asked for a takeaway cup and my bill, and was interrupted, spoken to in an extremely condescending way – told to wait when my coffee was visibly ready. Explained I wasn’t in a rush, apologised multiple times if I offended anyone, and still they acted like I was scum. Maybe they mistaken me from the usual Notting hill customer, it was an ugly look.

Google Bad Review 1:  Yeah, Ok, Covid and all that, but whats the actual reason for completely removing the person to person checkout? This seems like such a backwards decision and not as “customer friendly” as you might think. Collecting the food from the chilled section and then having to again select the chosen items from the checkout screens was just an unnecessary addition to the checkout process. This process would make sense if you had to actually prepare the food in the kitchen and the customer had to wait, there is no need for this complexity.

It doesn't help that the person behind the counter (where the checkout should actually be) was rude. You expect better from ITSU Staff.

The absolute cherry on the top of this experience, was the over priced and, quite frankly, flavourless “sushi” that's being sold. It was bland and not enjoyed. The avocado was not ripe and very firm. Unfortunately the avocado is in 90% of the choices so there no getting around that. Standards have certainly slipped.

Wasabi is just down the road, save your money, time and most importantly, tastebuds.

God only knows what floor this connective tissue/meat looks like it was scraped off, but for the price.. it's insult to injury. Add to that the fact that my food was lukewarm and you might see where I'm coming from. Do yourself a favour and avoid the potential health hazard- Head up the road to Wasabi instead.(30 sec walk) give this one a miss guys. Honestly, so off-putting. I would put up a photo of what I got, but honestly, Its not worth spoiling your appetite as well!

I've been to Natural Kitchen a number of times before and the food had been amazing, but yesterday's visit was massively disappointing. I went to NK for lunch with two colleagues. My colleagues ordered the chicken burger with sweet potato fries – both of them said that 50% of the fries were raw… So it looks like the chef had thrown another batch of fries in the frier on top of the cooked ones.
I ordered the fish and chips – the fish was absolutely full of bones and was a watery mess. It was tasteless and extremely slushy.
I won't be returning anytime soon!
