Google Bad Review:  I went to the Hammersmith branch last Wednesday and was going to proceed with the treatment but discovered 30 minutes after that the appointment that I could not go ahead, I called straight away and requested this be cancelled on 3 occasions on this day and was assured this would be done.
However after talking to 3 customer service agents they still took money form my account !!! I am absolutely livid that my request was ignored .
I called their finance company Tabeo and they insisted this should not have happened if I requested this to be cancelled on the same day as it takes 72 hours for the confimation and yet they still took my money!
This is an absolute disgrace and I will not be going back to Smile direct, your teams at the branches need to be trained better especially with the way things are right now, you can't take someones money when they have cancelled something its seems very calculated and I am extremely unhappy …I will not be going back to the Hammersmith Branch or any of the Smile Direct club centres.
That has left a bad taste in my mouth , no pun intended!!!!!
