So I asked a young Arabic man, but when asking he seemed agitated that I was talking to him. I asked for a particular item and he said it was in the stock room so he went to collect and it and never came back to me. Your staff are absolutely discustingly rude and have no manners. I will be sure to NEVER enter your shop again. YOU GET 1 STAR!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  I visited this store a while back to get the same experience again today! Today my 2 children were looking for world book day costumes. We were completely ignored, the girls were not intrested In helping us. When I asked if they had something in stock I got an abrupt no like I was disturbing them. They were more intrested in chatting behind the counter and playing with their hair. Customer service is key, especially with online services now and after today i will not return or reccomend this shop. Awful experience i can see why so may high street shop are closing.
