Google Bad Review 1:  I ordered my food called in less than two minutes to say I had ordered the wrong kebab to be rudely told too late it’s already on. Which I thought was strange as wouldn’t have thought it would have gone on that quick.

Then when I received the said kebab it was freezing cold not impressed as couldn’t be changed as already cooking so how did I receive it freezing cold. Also ordered a portion of chips and paid extra for cheese as per the website it was ordered on. To then ring and again get greeted by a rude man to say we don’t do cheese so I said well I was charged £1.50 how can you not sell it?? He just said we don’t sell it so I said well you better send round the money you charged me for something you don’t sell which I don’t think he liked but if your customer services wasn’t so bad and rude you could have kept it first and last time trying these

Google Bad Review 1:  I have ordered from there before, didn’t have any problem. But this one time I ordered from there and the driver delivered a completely different order from a different postcode. I called the driver & he said the restaurants gave the wrong bag. I called the restaurant and they’ve completely denied it & said the driver took two bags & switched the order. Then they said the driver actually took one bag but took the wrong bag. Firstly they’re not taking accountability of their Actions, then the worker was defensive. They were blaming the driver and haven’t apologised for once for their mistakes. This has to be one of the worse experiences I had with a restaurant worker. I understand I get a refund from UberEats but the service charge I paid for was a waste. I was more angry because my little sister was really excited for the food but she couldn’t eat anything. She got upset and never had dinner.
