Google Bad Review 1:  Staff acted like they were professional however this was not seen through what they did to my hair. Absolutely went against what I had originally showed them on their OWN Instagram page making me wonder if what they post is even their work!! Prices were absurd, was told on the phone balayage prices start from £160. However I was charged £320 with no cut and blow dry. I was told £280 final price but then another colleague decided to add on £40 for toner forgetting she had done so. Although I said my hair was thin and just past shoulder length. No hospitality offered throughout the duration of my appointment (4 hours!!) Products they used were cheap and one of the colleagues; claiming she had 3 years experience and was new tried telling me the tingling sensation of the hair dye was NORMAL, no patch test taken/ no timer set for how long it should be in my hair for. At ELEVEN hairdressers they loot their customers by selling cheap products for high prices!! Specially target those customers who have no knowledge about hair and easily fall into their traps. No masks were constantly worn until all of a sudden a surveyor walked into the salon (I have proof of this via live footage taken at the time of event). Traveling almost more than an hour was totally not worth it to this place. I had some hope but left extremely disappointed as I could’ve got the same job done at a local hairdressers. Was also pressured into making sure I like my hair as it was past their closing time and their tried to fix it. (I was at their salon from 14:45-19:30) I came home and my hair look one colour from root to ends with no balayage effect that they claimed they would do.
