Google Bad Review 1:  It was my first time getting a wax and I chose this location because they had a large number of positive reviews. I wonder if my experience was a fluke, but regardless I was left disappointed.

When I got there I was shown to the room by my waxer who didn't give her name. I told her that I wanted just the bikini line cleaned up and that I didn't want the top waxed because I have a scar from an appendectomy which I wanted to stay covered. I ended up getting quite a bit more hair removed than I requested and the top waxed by almost an inch- worse yet it was left crooked on top. I also had a full leg wax for which I had grown my leg hair out for over a month. Afterwards I still have stubble on my legs and when I left I had wanted to ask my waxer about the extra hair/ post-care and such but she left without a word and when I went to leave she turned her back to me and ignored me. I didn't get post care instructions and I felt quite uncomfortable with how standoffish the attitude was. She accepted my cash tip though before ignoring me.

I even called the next day to talk about if we could fix the crooked bikini wax and leg stubble and my waxer was really rude over the phone. She called me stupid and told me that she gave me what I asked for, she even said that she had asked me multiple times if I was happy with the wax (which I don't think was the case). The standoffish attitude I felt in person was definitely real and I even went to say that it's totally understandable if she was having an off-day but I didn't want to write a review without first seeing if we could fix the mistake.

So I don't think I'll return here. I was afraid the low price would mean bad service and unfortunately I was right. Honestly with all the 5 star reviews for the place I was not expecting this, and I hope that my experience isn't what usually goes on. It's okay to make a mistake, but don't take my money to then ignore me, give me a lopsided bikini wax and half finished leg wax, and then call me stupid when I try to give the benefit of the doubt and compromise to fix it.

Update after the response from Glam Waxing:
This salon is well liked by others but my experience was uncomfortable. It was impossible to tell my waxer she went too far once there was already hot wax on me. I took time to think through my feelings so I could be rational (and not upset), gave my honest feedback and took the time to discuss this directly with the business away from their other clients before making a public review, a common courtesy. I don't think that paying for a more expensive service ahead of time and requesting less hair removed in the moment should be a problem when I'm happy to pay the higher price for my change of mind, at no inconvenience to the business.
I never once asked for free service and it's a bit insulting to insinuate that my other reviews are essentially blackmail.
Maybe this was a fluke, and yes the hair will grow back, but I don't want to try my luck again.

Google Bad Review (2):  Christina is obviously well-experienced professional and I want to say that hot waxing went very well (despite the pain) but i found my experience quite disappointing.
The next day after my appointment i woke with very bad burns all over my legs and it is not just redness. It hurts when skin touches any surface and even showering was quite painful. I am leaving for a holiday and as you can imagine the last thing you want is to be burnt.
I do not wax regularly and i did tell Christina that straight away but instead of making me feel comfortable she said I am really hairy (well yeah, hence the waxing appointment) and “that one will hurt”. I mean it wasnt my first time and wherever i went they were always understanding and trying to make the experience as comfortable as possible for me. Unfortunately it wasnt the case here. I understand it is easier to deal with women who wax regularly but sometime you have clients like me for whom its just a bit too painful, costly and inconvenient (to allow 2-3 weeks for hair to grow) and do not want to be judged during the appointments.
