Google Bad Review 1: I contacted this solicitor company with a query and to recommend a potential client.
When speaking with the snobby receptionist to ask to be put through to a solicitor regarding the matter at hand, she put me on hold… or so she thought.
I heard the receptionist slate me to one of the solicitors who I needed to speak to, in return he said to tell me that he was unavailable.
When confronting the receptionist she then said “I should have been more helpful and she would not have said anything.”
This shows the true colours of this firm.
A solicitors firm who are nice to your face and rude behind your back.
Extremely disappointed with this poor level of service.

Google Bad Review (2): Mike sharma, not being a qualified solicitor was introduced to me as a solicitor to act for conveyancing matter. A very simple cash buyer purchase was described by him as very complicated and could not handle the work. Passed me on to trainees, Nina Hamilton, she was worse. The worst experience ever. They wasted my time , very poor legal knowledge. Never again.
