Google Bad Review (2):  I was motivated to contact this business as they were open on a Sunday and looked like they had good Google reviews. I phoned and spoke to a lady. She said they don't give out appointments and you just have to come in which is fine. I asked what the waiting time was like and she said if you come now it's not too busy. I arrived within about 30 minutes of making the phone call with three children as evidenced in screenshots. The lady in the shop said sorry we are going to lunch now and you need to come back in one hour. This was both very disappointing and frustrating for me, for had I have known at the outset I may not have bothered making the effort. As I had difficulty finding a parking space nearby I decided reluctantly to wait around. Upon returning after about 45 / 50 minutes the man in the shop said I should come back in another hour. My main point of this review it not to begrudge someone a lunch break. Its just that you should make it clear to your customers if you know they are coming at short notice that they must arrive before a certain time (whatever that is) to avoid unnecessary disappointment. I hope you will learn from my experience.
