Benjamin Stevens are our block management company.. the lift in our building broke 2.5 months ago (I told them about it). It took them 1 month to send an email out to the residents in the block to tell them the lift was broken. Weirdly enough I think most people who use the lift daily had worked that out after a month!
I've continued to contact them since for an update and they won't reply to emails. I've contacted 2 individuals and a management email address and still no reply.
I've even contacted the owner of the freehold (the developer) and he's not had a response either.
I explained initially that I have a severe knee problem that means I can't walk up/down stairs without pain, so the lift being fixed is important. But they lack compassion and empathy clearly.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.. happy to take the fee for managing the block, but have done absolutely nothing since getting the contract.
And before you ask.. yes I have complained to 3 different people, all of which have ignored my emails.
