Google Bad Review 1: Worst experience ever. More worried about deliveroo and Uber than the people sitting on the table half served food in instalments. Absolutely ruined my mean and still had the cheek to charge service charge of non-existent service.

Google Bad Review (2): The low rating is for customer service. We went to this restaurant on our way back from somewhere so arrived quite late after 9pm with both elderly family members and a child. The restaurant was extremely busy with live music. The singing was good but rather too loud hampering communication. The staff were clearly very busy. We managed to place our order for drinks and starters and shortly afterwards placed the order for the main course. The starters took a long time to arrive though the food was good with decent portion sizes. One of the waitresses, not the one who took our order asked us if we wanted anything else and we mentioned we were waiting for the mains. The restaurant started emptying but the main course still didn’t arrive. At 22.45 we asked
again for the mains. The waitress who had taken our order went to check and came back saying the kitchen was closing and she had forgotten to put in the order for the mains! This was totally unbelievable. She did apologise but we were left with a hungry and tired child. We just asked for the bill at this point and they gave us the bill including service charge! On asking them to remove the service charge they did but apart from the fact that we were left without any dinner there was nothing done to offset this. Needless to say we will not be returning there again.
