Google Bad Review 1: Might be good as the reviews suggest if everything goes to plan. Luckily nothing ever goes wrong when moving right?? So our dates changed with a week to go, we had already paid a deposit as required to secure the date. There was absolutely zero attempt to be flexible or move anything around just a flat ‘thanks for the hundreds of pounds in deposit, when can take your next deposit to rebook you.' Apparently this was covered by their terms and conditions which were never provided and payment is taken by bank transfer so there is no protection or recourse. Other removal firms we have spoken to including the one we ended up using were clear and fair and just told us to keep them up to date with whatever was happening and they would do their best to accommodate or find a partner who could. Glad we never had to put their insurance to the test either. I'm suspicious of the other reviews but who knows maybe they are good if things go perfectly. All i can say about our experience was that we were left with the feeling that they make more money from deposits than actually moving anything. Spend a little more elsewhere, the last thing you need is a battle like this when moving is stressful enough. Zero stars

Google Bad Review (2): I have paid a considerable amount for a move that is just a 5 minute drive and from a 50 sqm flat, just so that I don't have any concerns. Since I was doing the renovations on the new flat i didn't have time to pack, so I have purchased the packing service too. First problem was the late arrival.
I specifically asked if we can finish by 1:00 pm the day before, so that the cleaning company comes after. The answer was yes. Just to make things a little faster I woke up at 7am and did some pre-packing. At 8:10 I got a call from the team saying “we are in traffic, will be a little late”. Which I find hard to believe on a Saturday morning but OK. I asked “you are coming to this address, right?” And the answer was “yes yes don't worry, will be there in 20 minutes”. So I have waited and nobody arrived. In 30 minutes I call back and they say, we are so sorry but we went to the wrong address, now it says 1 hour to your place. I am frustrated a bit but thinking “ok this stuff might happen, don't get mad yet”. Meanwhile I couldn't reach anyone from main office during these 2 hours.
When they arrive, they were apologetic and started right away so I didn't mention anything. I kept saying everything goes except here (1 cupboard with 6 items that aren't ours). And I asked could you make it to 1pm. The answer was “let's say 1:30pm”. I talk to cleaning company and we decided to postpone it to Sunday (extra money). So I tell the team, there is no need to rush anymore, take your time and just pack it right.
Fast forward to 3:30pm, we left the flat and they unloaded the items to my new flat. Everything was finished by around 6pm.
Fast forward 5 days, during unpacking we notice there are some items are missing, plates unwrapped, liquid bottles in bathroom box just thrown in so there are leaks everywhere…
Funny part is missing items were left in the old flat's kitchen, completely untouched. And in total there were 4 base cabinets to be packed it was not like a huge kitchen, some stuff might be overlooked kind of situation.
So I had to get those items again, couldn't cook food during that period because the missing items were all our pans and pressure cooker, etc.
To summarize, it was a bad experience, and lack of communication made it worse. I requested compensation for the packing part but no response yet.
I would not recommend to work with them, but maybe I was unlucky, I don't know. I will give the second star for disassembly, covering and removal of the furniture. That part they did almost perfectly so I will finish with that positive remark.
