Google Bad Review: COVID POLICY – welcome guests who have Covid – won't give refund or credit with the hotel for an afternoon tea when I've told them I have covid (4 days notice) – this means I either lose £90 or come with covid and infect all their guests.
They are an irresponsible business with nothing but money making in mind, rather than the welfare of their customers – so if you're visiting, you may get covid due to their inflexible and obtuse stance.
