Google Bad Review:  Time wasters with dishonest and appalling customer service ! We had nearly 1.5 hours of driving to get to the yard so we'd checked in advance if they were ok with the payment method we wanted to use as it was for business use. They absolutely confirmed that its fine and to come over. We made the long journey in bad weather and when it came to making the payment they said they can't accept the payment and then shockingly denied that the payment method was agreed. Luckily my partner was with me during the initial conversation so then they accepted that the payment method was agreed but that they still won't be able to accept it. We were shocked at their response like they were hardly bothered about anything. There was no apology neither any regret on the kind of service they had given. Lot many other details during our visit led us to leave this review. Do not use them if possible !
