Google Bad Review:  This Enterprise branch is a complete shamble. I was due to drop a car hire to this branch and get a lift back home. I was approximately 5 minutes from their branch, I called to check if everything was aligned. The customer advisor said that I won't be able to drop my car to them and they won't give me a lift back as home as per my initial agreement with Enterprise in Wakefield. He said that I will need to take it to Southall as their branch does not cover my postcode area however I am a lot more closer to this branch than the Southall branch, it made no sense.

Please avoid these chaps at Enterprise Harrow Wealdstone at any cost possible. If possible, go to another branch or another company. I will now be writing a formal complaint in relation to this.

A big shout out to the Southall branch for sorting everything out. Thank you very much Dil and I am very grateful for the lift.
