Google Bad Review: PHD Mechanical is not impressive at all. Boilers in the communal heating plant, which managed by them were all gone in the middle of cold weather. They provided an invoice for reapir that requires new parts, which is 30% higher than other quotes.
Find another company to look and the boilers were backto work without change any parts.
Be aware of it.
