Google Bad Review: Air con was loud in the room – Bed was uncomfortable. Go down for breakfast in the morning and heaven forbid they have more than 5 people in the queue, no food available and when I politely asked a member of staff I was greater by attitude and quote “you need to understand its busy” in a really poor and rude tone!
As a hotel I would think you know how many quests you have and can plan better. Really disappointed with the whole hotel
Just an awful experience, Find another hotel!
