Google Bad Review (2): Most horrible experience ever. I live in London for 10 years, was looking for a European beauty salon where the staff understands the ‘European standards'.
About the nails: The nail artist called Lucky isn't happy to work there at all. Cheap quality nail products, unprofessional finish. Acrylic nails were broken after a few days.
About the salon: they say to the customers the toilet is broken. But it is not broken, just they are not happy to clean it after customers…and keeping it closed with a lie.
About the sunbed: Ergoline machine, would be good to use but sometimes they make the customer to wait for more than 1 hour!!!
About hairstyling: the hairstylist lady doesn't know about the up to date techniques, could not manage to perform a balayage on my hair. I had to colour my hair on the upcoming day after I had my hair done there.
Clearly visible, the management doesn't care much. Absolutely B caterory place which could see better days before… Service quality is WEAK, customer care is BELOW THE STANDARDS. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I don't really know how they can have a license!
