Google Bad Review 1:  My usual training ground is AF Ladbroke Grove which is a great gym. Cleaners on duty regularly maintaing hygiene standards and the equipment is all up to date and in good condition. Anytime fitness Chelsea however is a complete dump! Grotty, run down venue with dangerously loose flooring in the free weight area. I'm astounded that they have not repaired this! I tried several times whilst training in 1 session on the building laminate flooring! Generally in a bad state, filthy walls and the shower area was dirty. Won't be returning here.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Chr

Google Bad Review (2):  Majorly unprofessional office staff in line with other reviews in here. I have also experienced loud rap music on a number of occasions (as also mentioned by others), staff members loud and running around outside the office joking with eachother while the gym looks like…. Almost always lack of towels – or they are in the office but the manager on duty is usually too busy hanging with friends (in the office) to care.

I addressed today that there wasn’t clean towels and he said it was bothering him that i addressed this, his friend was there and they were laughing loudly of their joke – acting like the kids they are, clearly not capable of managing anything. They act like kids, and seem to be proud of and get away with it, wouldn’t think the exec management of the group would be particularly proud of seeing this behaviour… Maybe worth asking them to check their cameras, should be plenty of material…

Seriously avoid this gym, i can only assume most good reviews here are from friends and employees, management are acting like kids and considers the gym their playground for their friends to hang out in and members are in the way, not at all professional and clearly they are not grown up enough to have an unsupervised job.

Shame for some of the personal trainers etc that seem to be doing a good job, but this is the most unprofessional gym i have ever attended, and let’s face it, it doesn’t take much to be professional here…

Space is small but equipment is ok, unfortunately the office staff makes it feel like you are in the way as a paying member… If i could 0 stars i would..
