Google Bad Review:  (Translated by Google) Impersonal welcome and above all make sure you have WhatsApp otherwise you risk finding the door closed. We had asked for a quiet room, they put us next to a house under construction and the house where we were staying was also under painting so we had to keep our double curtains closed so as not to have the painter who saw in the room. The room is located in a building shared by people who live there permanently and the walls being very thin you can hear everything they do especially at night…it's unbearable. Also there were stains on the carpet and a hole in the wall and the room was very dated. We will never go back there and we do not recommend the place at all. We made a complaint from the first day at the reception, we were just told that in London there is noise. So I will answer the lady at the reception that having lived in London for 5 years I have never been in a room where I heard the conversations and all the daily life of the neighbors. Above all they have done nothing to fix the situation, they have no interest in customers.

Accueil impersonnel et surtout veillez a bien avoir WhatsApp sinon vous risquez de trouver porte close. Nous avions demandé une chambre calme, ils nous ont mis à côté d'une maison en travaux et la maison où l'on restait était également en travaux de peinture si bien que nous avons dû garder nos double rideaux fermés pour ne pas avoir le peintre qui voyait dans la chambre. La chambre est située dans un bâtiment partagé par des gens qui vivent la en permanence et les murs étant très fins on entend tout ce qu'il font surtout la nuit…c'est insupportable. De plus il y avait des tâches sur la moquette et un trou dans le mur et la chambre était très vieillotte. Jamais nous ne retournerons là bas et nous ne recommandons pas du tout l'endroit. Nous avons fait une réclamation dès le premier jour a la réception, on nous a juste répondu qu'à Londres il y a du bruit. Alors je répondrai à la dame de la réception que pour avoir vécu à Londres pendant 5 ans je n'ai jamais été dans une chambre où j'entendais les conversations et tout le quotidien des voisins. Surtout ils n'ont rien fait pour arranger la situation, ils ne portent aucun intérêt aux clients.
