but renovation of this building happens too often, and it usually leaves unpleasantly toxic and chemical smell….it seems the building has not equipped with a good air circulation system, so whenever someone's cooking, you would always expect the smell of the food sneaking into your room…. also during the weekend, since most people living in this building come from the same program, it is very noisy in communal area and the rooms are not sound-proof……
