Google Bad Review 1:  Horrible, every van they gave me (about 5 before I gave up asking) stank of urine, I needed one to move things between houses but there was no chance I was putting anything into one of meashams self drive vans because it would all come out stinking of animal poo and wee. Plus there are so any hidden charges I didn't realise until it was too late, complete rip off and such poor quality, I would strongly advise to go anywhere else in London for a rental

Google Bad Review (2):  I've used this firm a couple of times and had no problems. Over New Year, I needed a car and had always found them to be good – and value for money – so used them again. The Ford Focus I was given had seen better days and had a few dents and scratches on it. When I returned the car, they found a new scratch on the rear passenger door. The scratch was no bigger than an inch, there was no other sign of damage and I have no idea how it happened. The guy I returned it to acknowledged that it was probably someone else who had caused the damage, but advised that he would call me the following Monday to let me know if there was any cost. No call came on Monday and on Tuesday I noticed that my deposit had not been refunded and they were trying to take an extra £53 from my account. I called back and was told that I was being charged £253 for a scratch! Admittedly, I hadn't noticed in the small print that the excess was £750, but this damage was not caused by me and they have now charged me an extortionate amount. Steer well clear.
