Unfortunately I will have to change my review. I have been coming to this private practice for a while. Unfortunately I had an epidural last year in labour which went wrong. It led to a Spinal leak and Over the last year or so my health has been deteriorating.
I have no choice other than to travel to USA for medical treatment as it’s not an option here in the UK.
I am currently not vaccinated and would need a medical exemption to fly due to covid restrictions. We have provided all documentation to Dr.Bernard explaining my circumstances and health reasons as to why it wouldnt be wise to have a vaccine at this time. Dr. Bernard has refused to write me a letter of exemption for no reason at all.
I am very upset and think the level of empathy from a doctor is totally unacceptable. I have been fortunate to find a suitable GP who has seen my deteriorating condition and has been very kind and helpful last minute to facilitate for my treatment. I will not be using your services again!!!!
