Google Bad Review 1:  Don’t waste your time with Aspect. They came to inspect a window which needed replacing, charging £60 for literally 5 minutes on the property. After a week and a half and 4 phone calls chasing we still haven’t received a quote to have it fixed.

UPDATE: 03/06/20 – after countless emails and calls chasing, I’ve now been told they need to send a new “engineer” to the property to re-evaluate the window, as the original person did not do this properly, so an accurate quote can’t be provided. This level of service is pathetic! Requesting a refund and going with another company. Don’t waste your time or money on this lot!!

The operator dragged out his staying to overcharge my bill and still didn’t finish is job properly. Never dealt with such unprofessional and dishonest company like aspect in my adult life.
