Google Bad Review (2):  Very poor and rude customer service. Went in to get some mount board cut to specific sizes to fit pre perchased frames. After giving me a quote that I explained was too high and unfortunately I couldn't afford to go ahead with the quote I over heard a member of staff saying that I didn't understand the manual labour it takes to cut the mount board. I suggest in future you wait until a customer leaves the shop to slate them. I own creative business myself so understand a lot more than most.
