Google Bad Review:  I got a serious skin problem I went to Hospital the day before and the Emergency centre advised me to call straight my GP. I tried to call them in the morning, a not nice secretary answered me and after explaining my problem she said she can not give me the appointment before 10 or maybe 15days. I tried to explain the urgent situation but with shallow air and little humanity told me that I could go back to the hospital or call 111. he also added that if I wanted to call the doctor I had to do it before 9 am. So I want to advise everybody if you feel sick please feel before at 9 am not later the doctor can answer you. I can not believe this kind of person work in in such a delicate sector, they would have to take care and help others…unacceptable I hope the secretary changes jobs soon, maybe in a stable, given his kind ways

Google Bad Review:  Think this practice could really really benefit from some professional help sorting out their admin and overall processes . Often telephone Waiting times once placed on hold reach 40 minutes and the actual waiting time for scheduling the next available non urgent appointment is generally at least a few weeks . The reception area frequently has at least three members of staff hanging around the desk , chatting away either oblivious to or intentionally ignoring the patients and they are generally very unhelpful . There are ,to be fair ,a few notable exceptions – one poor lady beavering away speaking to patient after patient whilst her colleagues discussing tv programmes .I've turned up for in person appointments and then two minutes before it's due have an apology to say due to an admin error the appointment is actually a telephone call . It's so hopelessly chaotic – though seemingly with enough staff – they just need basic help with organisational and interpersonal skills . It's so disorganised and chaotic it's makes me rather nervous !

Google Bad Review:  Paid £210 for a 24 hour CV19 Test service in order to get a flight to Cyprus. I didn't receive my test result in time even though my appointment was 9am Monday morning with my flight Wednesday 11am. This required a lot of chasing at the surgery with no concrete updates from the surgery, in the end i was rejected from the airline to fly and had to pay an additional 60 Euros on arrival in Cyprus to get a test locally and self-isolate in the hotel. The surgery have refunded the £210, but with lack of remorse, apology or compensation. Professional on the surface but didn't deliver on their service.
