Google Bad Review 1:  I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to see a doctor!! then a further 3 weeks to see a physiotherapist to be diagnosed with a frozen shoulder — no scan or xray taken !! When I mentioned the time I had to wait to see a doctor, the doctor said they were very busy and have a lot of patients, patients that claim to be ill tend to get better within 3 weeks! I had to make another appointment to go back to see a doctor and earliest appointment was 3 weeks again!! best bit I was prescribed Ibruprofen and anti-depressants! I am now looking into finding an alternative doctors surgery and alternative treatment.

Google Bad Review 1:  I done a pcr test for covid done with them and was promised results within 48 hours but to no avail.
The company charges a lot of money and fits you in easily for a test but lies on the turnaround. There should be no excuse as it serious matters and should charge according to the length of time they will provide results. I had my anxiety level shot up due to them keep delaying the turnaround.

Google Bad Review (2):  Just…don't. If youre able to hear the receptionist. Then she has at least not a clue about anti-retroviral medication. (Basic course of medical knowledge could not harm at all). The price for only consultation is £120 (wich is weird because i see another review saying £60) also another review of someone explaining his/her situation about pain medication. Of what the owner replied to with one simple sentince “we dont prescribe addictive drugs” that allready told me that i would not have gotten my nasal spray against my epileptic seizures since that's a benzodiazapam. Be smart go to NHS (they advise me to call 111) this is not an option for an avarage working class person.

Google Bad Review 1:  It is impossible to book an appointment because a) lines are too busy b) not enough doctors c) being told often that there is “no more appointments today and tomorrow”.

Then it was suggested to book appointment at St Andrews Health Centre, but all are nurse practitioners and not GPs. That is NOT understanding what patients require to begin with. Patients want to see GPs for valid reasons, otherwise they would just pop into a pharmacist for something minor.

To Surgery Manager, please act on feedback from patients and staff to improve patient care and service.

Google Bad Review (2):  This health centre doesn’t deserve a single star, very poor service, can never get an appointment, start calling from 8am, they’ll answer the phone after 45 mins to an hour and say all appointments gone, call back again tomorrow, same thing no appointments. Unlike other surgeries you can book future appointments but with Bromley-By-Bow health centre you can’t. Very rude receptionist.

Google Bad Review (2):  The (rather dodgy) owner of this pharmacy seems to have found a loophole in the US Embassy's ridiculous security measures of not allowing you to keep not only your mobile phone on you, but even your *house keys* whilst inside the Embassy. So he is “kindly” offering the service of charging 10 pounds to look over said belongings during this time.

The problem, as I have found out, is that he cannot be trusted. After leaving my smartphone and keys there, upon coming back I found my phone with a slight scratch on the screen, and also with some random display settings changed, which suggests to me they have been tampering with the phone, perhaps in an attempt to extract some personal information.

Nothing wrong with piggy-backing on a paranoid embassy's security measures, but if you are going to do that, then
(i) don't charge a ridiculous price for what is really a very minor service, and
(ii) most of all, DO NOT interfere with people's belongings!!!

..otherwise, more angry “customers” like me will write reviews such as this one, which will hopefully – and eventually – put this shabby place out of business.
