Google Bad Review 1:  Worst birth experience ever. My pregnancy was high risk and had no follow-ups and because of that I ended up contracted an infection and had a extremely premature baby. Midwife's were rude and doctor's have no clue about what to do even though my cervix my closed they kept on blaming on it. I wasn't given steroids after two weeks hospitalized and they didn't know what infection I had so first they gave me the wrong antibiotics. After birth they lost my placenta. NICU experience was very bad too.

Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid their GP services at all costs. I needed an emergency GP at the weekend in December. I was told I wouldn't be charged the fee until the doctor had attended but that wasn't the case and my card was immediately charged £150. They could not find me a doctor so the whole thing was a complete waste of time. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and never had a reply to my emails and obviously no refund… very frustrating when you trust companies like this when you need medical attention. Avoid.

For a a very expensive private clinic its pitiful
No aftercare whatsoever!!!! Please do not go to this clinic.
Extortional charges and no aftercare!
We have been to other private clinics and this is more expensive, but although the floor was half empty , everything was very slow.
My father was discharged and they gave us phone number to call, but no discharge advise or leaflet or what needs to be done etc.
My father had temperature and I called them to ask what to do, and this was next day after we left for home and they told they don't know who he is. After I told them that he was their patient and had surgery 1 day ago, they said, and I am not kidding that they do not hold the record of the patient that has been discharged!!!! I have never heard anything like that even in 3rd world countries.
After all my father had a surgery in this place!
After I made a fuss they said they will contact the consultant, but of course, consultant won't be available at 11 pm in the evening. So they did not help us or did not suggest anything. And my father is of advanced age and leaving him with high temperature is extremely dangerous. Fortunately I have lots of doctors in my family and they told me what do to. Otherwise, the whole thing This clinic is a disgrace.
DO NOT EVER GO THERE.

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst birth experience ever. My pregnancy was high risk and had no follow-ups and because of that I ended up contracted an infection and had a extremely premature baby. Midwife's were rude and doctor's have no clue about what to do even though my cervix my closed they kept on blaming on it. I wasn't given steroids after two weeks hospitalized and they didn't know what infection I had so first they gave me the wrong antibiotics. After birth they lost my placenta. NICU experience was very bad too.

Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid their GP services at all costs. I needed an emergency GP at the weekend in December. I was told I wouldn't be charged the fee until the doctor had attended but that wasn't the case and my card was immediately charged £150. They could not find me a doctor so the whole thing was a complete waste of time. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and never had a reply to my emails and obviously no refund… very frustrating when you trust companies like this when you need medical attention. Avoid.

For a a very expensive private clinic its pitiful
No aftercare whatsoever!!!! Please do not go to this clinic.
Extortional charges and no aftercare!
We have been to other private clinics and this is more expensive, but although the floor was half empty , everything was very slow.
My father was discharged and they gave us phone number to call, but no discharge advise or leaflet or what needs to be done etc.
My father had temperature and I called them to ask what to do, and this was next day after we left for home and they told they don't know who he is. After I told them that he was their patient and had surgery 1 day ago, they said, and I am not kidding that they do not hold the record of the patient that has been discharged!!!! I have never heard anything like that even in 3rd world countries.
After all my father had a surgery in this place!
After I made a fuss they said they will contact the consultant, but of course, consultant won't be available at 11 pm in the evening. So they did not help us or did not suggest anything. And my father is of advanced age and leaving him with high temperature is extremely dangerous. Fortunately I have lots of doctors in my family and they told me what do to. Otherwise, the whole thing This clinic is a disgrace.
DO NOT EVER GO THERE.

Google Bad Review (2):  I saw a senior consultant dermatologist who has many years of experience, for a condition I've had for over 10 years. I won't name him as that's probably a bit below the belt. He told me, literally in a few seconds, that my condition had cleared up. He didn't do any checks to know this, he just very visibly wanted me out the door as quickly as possible. I was sceptical with what he'd said so I went private and got a second opinion.. I was told the condition was still very much there and it was indeed “extensive”. The consultant did checks to know this, checks that included the right equipment. I suppose when you're getting an NHS salary and you're clearly not bothered to genuinely help people, you will be very quick to say anything that gets the patient out the door, even if they've travelled for over an hour to see you. I'm so glad I got a second opinion and didn't trust what was initially said to me. So disappointing, considering how long I've had this for, but this is often the way with a lot of clinicians in the NHS. I imagine the consultant would have been a lot more thorough and diligent had this been a private appointment… ££££££

I was discharged from hospital early November 2021 from Fairfield 2. On 29/11/21 I received a phone call from a male staff asking me to collect my husband from Fairfield 2 ward and that he gave my mobile number. I told the staff I do not know the person and I do not have a husband. After speaking to a staff nurse I was told the patient was very capable and he gave my mobile number. Google Bad Review (2):  Worst birth experience ever. My pregnancy was high risk and had no follow-ups and because of that I ended up contracted an infection and had a extremely premature baby. Midwife's were rude and doctor's have no clue about what to do even though my cervix my closed they kept on blaming on it. I wasn't given steroids after two weeks hospitalized and they didn't know what infection I had so first they gave me the wrong antibiotics. After birth they lost my placenta. NICU experience was very bad too.

Google Bad Review 1:  On 10th of August hospitalised and treated for the wrong diagnose. Because of that I had to return a 2nd time 10 days later when an incompetent nurse called Rachel destroyed my hand, digging in my hand and bursting my vein just to simply insert a needle to take blood sample – basic nursing practice! My hand bruised and swollen in seconds. Her reaction was that “it’s in my head, I’m fine, to look away if it hurtsâ€? – like looking away would have saved me of her atrocious treatment!! I seeked for help from another nurse who took the needle out which she forcefully taped to my hand claiming “since you react this way I am not going to take out as you won’t let me do another oneâ€? – utter ignorance to my pain and no acceptance of the fact she was doing it wrong! Verbally approached her minutes after to ask if my hand looked like “it was in my headâ€? or was that reality? No apology, no trace of empathy, no treatment offered for the damage she caused and just walked away !! Rude, delusional behaviour and incompetence like I never seen. Stay away from her if you attend this hospital for your own sake or you’ll have extra injuries to worry about after leaving that hospital.
