Google Bad Review:  I saw quite a few reviews that this company was really good but in fairness the reviews we’re all about pigeons/birds and not mice. I called and the lady who answered without much questioning told me not to worry it would only be just one mouse and laying a few baits would sort the problem in no time. They were really good and attended within 72 hours and the operative was really good laying baits throughout the house, I felt reassured. Quiet for a few days and a sigh of relieve. Then….. more mice so I had to call them out again. Most companies charge about £150 for 2 visits, the first visit plus a follow up to see the progress. A&H charged £108 for one treatment and made an incorrect assumption all would be Ok. So I made further enquiries within the industry and found most give a 30 day guarantee, therefore when I called them back I asked did I need to pay and what guarantee they offer. The mice took some bait but ignored some so he changed the type of poison. Move on three months and I still have mice. I lifted my sofa seat cushions and the amount of mice droppings was so upsetting, they had been nesting in my sofa. I therefore had to call another company who advised laying bait boxes is one part of the job, the other more important is ‘ proofing’ and blocking the entry points into my home. The operative was a nice guy, don’t get me wrong, but the misjudge and/or did not evaluate the job properly so three months on had to call another company to do the full monty of not only leaving mice poison but also blogging up any hole the size of a pencil or bigger which a mouse can get into your house. Unfortunately within three months of this wrong assessment more mice took up residence. I am disappointed as this could have been resolved if a correct assessment was made not only in my first call to the business but in the two visits to my home. The new company came and blocked up holes with steel wire and sealant and no more mice in my lounge. Saw one in the kitchen so the new company is due to come this week to proof the rest of my house so hopefully fingers crossed once this proofing as been done I will be mice free. Thank You for your assistance I am grateful but a more thorough evaluation of the job could have been carried out as having mice run through someone’s house for three months is very unpleasant.
