Google Bad Review 1:  If you really care about your gut health; DON'T GO HERE. It’s a conveyer belt of appointments as opposed to taking the time to truly treat people. I arrived at 17.00 and was slightly delayed going in. By the time I probably lay down for treatments, it was approximately 17.20. By 17.42 the treatment was abruptly over!! I wasn’t even given the courtesy of emptying and was left to hop quickly to the toilet where it was evident I needed more time; I was still filled with water! I was still in the bathroom when the next person arrived. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and there were no soft wipes left. I asked Tony several times to please be gentle when he massaged my stomach; he WAS NOT. He was hurting me. I have been for many colonic’s and I’ve never experienced such rough massaging; it was horrible. My stomach is really sensitive. Tony came across as arrogant and seemed dis-interested. I felt like I was not emptying by the time the next rush of water was filling my bowel. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I have been ripped off of £81.00. Apparently my issue is that I don’t exercise enough, even though I am active and do stretching. Whilst exercise can reduce stress levels, and help, it’s no cure for severe IBS. I paid £81.00 to be talked at. I’m just upset to have had my money wasted and my stomach pummelled.
