Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Sylvia Mackenzie

Google Bad Review 1:  This company is to be avoided at all costs. They were invited to submit a maintenance proposal, and when they were told they were not successful and an alternative company had been selected; they became abusive, hostile, and demanded to paid for submitting their proposal. We refused to pay the amount demanded. To add insult to injury, they tried to coerce a staff member into signing a back-dated work order acknowledging work had been carried out – but thankfully were unsuccessful.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Alen

Google Bad Review (2):  This company is dishonest, incompetent and must be avoided. When our heating system broke down last winter, they spent two days in our apartment, did nothing of value and demanded thousands of pounds for no work done.
