Google Bad Review:  I strongly advice to other travellers to bring their own soap for the dishes because there is none, same thing goes for the sponge and trash bags (two trash bags are provided but if you need more you will have to purchase it yourself). Be careful when you book your apartment, my sister and I had the surprise to discover when we checked in that our kitchen was situated IN A CORRIDOR THAT WAS SHARED WITH THE NEIGHBOUR (the kitchen was ours only but the corridor was the acces for the neighbour to his apartment so he had the keys and had acces to our fridge which had no lock). We were surprised because when we booked the apartment we thought we would have an REAL apartment with ALL of its facilities, why didn't we have our own kitchen?! We booked and PAID for what didn't have. UNFAIR. we had the strong and bad feeling that we have been lied to, scamed even.

Google Bad Review:  Our stay was ruined by a very unpleasant greeting on arrival. The receptionist barely acknowledged us and grumpily checked us in.

My husband and I wore masks and asked him if he would mind wearing one too but he refused. First he said he was exempt from wearing a mask, then said no one else cared and everyone was going to restaurants now anyway so what difference does it make.

The check in took at least 15 minutes and we felt forced into a situation we would have chosen to avoid had we known.

I am shocked that Native care so little about their guests feeling comfortable, especially in the middle of a pandemic.

We’d been looking forward to staying but by the time we arrived at our room, we couldn’t wait to leave.

After seeing reviews we thought this would be a great place for our trip to london. Oh, how wrong we were!!

They asked us to contact them prior to our stay. I did so and was asked the purpose of our booking, to which I explained we had a weekend of activities planned in London for a birthday. They then TOLD us to cancel our stay a week prior to our booked dates!

When we enquired as to why, the person I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude and couldn't give a straight answer. “Because it's a birthday”, “the neighbours might complain if they see 6 people”, “You can be charged £6000 if you come”. Absolute insanity. Trying to scare us enough to cancel the booking ourselves so they dont get penalised for the cancellation.

Why do you have a listing for “up to 7 people” if you cannot even accomodate 6! AVOID at ALL costs.

Worst stay I have ever had!
There were hairs on the bed sheets, under the bed had old tissues and food from the previous stay.
The fridge wasn't working and the tap was hanging off.
There is leaking from the sealing and mould all around the shower.

Hotel staff were very rude especially the manager that shrugged the entire situation off as if I shouldn't be complaining about these type of issues and insisted that the room was cleaned until I showed her myself.

Google Good Review:  The perfect place to stay short term while you find your feet. Accessible, safe and immaculately clean. It's directly opposite a hospital and a shared building, so it is never silent. Definitely not one for light sleepers but I found it fine!

Google Bad Review:  Good: the flats are clean and in acceptable condition, they have a nice garden you can use and they are decent about the money (they will not try to keep your deposit and that sort of thing).
Bad: there is no insulation between rooms, so there is rarely any silence. Constant slamming doors are a real issue and even quiet things like someone putting a cup down or having a hushed conversation can be clearly heard through the walls. The woman in charge of the building is unbelievably bitter and will yell at you or treat you like you are an idiot for asking or saying pretty much anything.
Avoid this place unless you really don´t mind dealing with noise and jerks, because those are going to be part of your daily life if you live here.
