Google Bad Review (2): I took out equity release with key retirement, when I decided to retire I asked for a ‘Topup' as per their brochure and website, I had to ring them up 3 weeks later to find out the result, I was told by a very cocky advisor called Ryan that there were no more funds available, when i took out my initial loan I was told that I could take up to £95000, I took out a lot less than this, Ryan then told me in a sarcastic voice that ‘If I was that desperate I could buy back my earlier loan and take out a new one', this of course is going to cost me £10000 +, needless to say I am not very happy about this, please make sure of the facts before you take this out, Keys independent advisor Andrew Riches has twice refused my pphone calls, I feel really let down at the moment
