Google Bad Review 1: A little over a year after they sealed up my roof area and patched things up on the interior (which wasn't very well done, appeared to be subcontracted?), I've still got water leaking in in the same places. I told the guy “it's still leaking in” right after they had applied their stuff and he told me “oh that just because…” Also, it took the guy from February until multiple months later to actually get back with me about the things they didn't do, and then months after that to rectify my bill for the things they had on the bill that they didn't do after sending me multiple overdue notices. It was one of the most frustrating experiences in dealing with repair folks, the guy we were dealing literally would answer me and then forgot about what he said many times until I pestered him again or went to twitter to complain. I really would either stay away this company and go with one that might know both what their left hand is doing and also know how to actually fix an issue professionally.
