Google Bad Review: Awful experience! Food disgusting, family didn't speak English at all and very rude. My room was so small with only a bed, dirty bathroom. I was so dissapointed I cried. I had saved a lot of money to come to England to go to language school but was so unhappy with the family I was given by London Host Family. When I phoned the office of London Host Family, somebody called Monica was nasty and impolite. They had my money by then and weren't bothered about the awful conditions I had to live in. Never never use this company. You will waste money and be very unhappy.
