Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) Hello, I put 1 star because google forces me but after the experience with them, it's not worth anything! I have read other magazines and I only agree with those who give a negative! Why ? Because many positive reviews are also given by themselves to attract the world! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !
Following the discussions I had with them, given the fact that they stopped my money without my consent and made my name and address wrong, I ask out of curiosity:
How is it possible for a person to work in London if they live in Nelson / Manchester considering that you have to be in London at 8am and 5pm or 6pm or maybe finish the program in London later ?! Or who gives you the right to write my name wrong, given that you were notified my name!
If I don't want to pay my pension, why are you taking my money? When you open your mouth and say promising words, why don't you respect them? Why are you lying ?
Is the UK or Romania here? Look for great reputable companies and read the magazines well, otherwise you will be fooled and humiliated by people unable to provide a service!

Buna ziua, pun 1 stea pentru ca ma obliga google dar dupa experienta traita cu ei, nu merita nimic ! Am citit si alte reviuri si dau dreptate doar celor care dau negativ ! De ce ? Pentru ca multe reviuri pozitive sunt date tot de ei insasi ca sa atraga lumea! NU RECOMAND !
In urma discutiilor avute cu ei dat fiind faptul ca mi-au oprit bani fara acordul meu si mi-au gresit numele si adresa intreb din curiozitate :
Cum este posibil ca o persoana sa poata lucra in Londra daca ea locuieste in Nelson/ Manchester avand in vedere ca trebuie sa fii la ora 8am in Londra si la 5pm sau 6pm sau poate mai tarziu termini programul in Londra?! Sau cine iti da tie dreptul sa imi scrii numele gresit, avand in vedere ca ai fost instiintat cum ma numesc!
Daca eu nu vreau sa platesc pensie, tu de ce imi iei banii ? Cand deschizi gura si scoti vorbe promitatore, de ce nu le respeti ? De ce minti ?
Aici este UK sau Romania? Cautati companii mari de renume si cititi bine reviurile altfel ramaneti pacaliti si injositi de oameni incapabili sa presteze un serviciu !

Google Bad Review (2): We are payroll company processing over 11,000 contractors pay a week across 4000 small companies. Smart pension only accept Direct Debits, we pay on behalf of the 3000 small companies but Smart Pensions refuse to provide a detailed advice on what they have taken from our account and for whom, this could be solved by adding our reference to the Direct Debit so that we could follow it form our end but Smart refuse to adopt this simple approach.
