Google Bad Review 1: The lady incharge should learn how to talk to people, if she think that people make money like machine, she should know that sitting down in her office and still collect £10 when people re 2 minutes or 5minutes later is inappropriate, while when is running late to work she has the right ro call the office to let them know she is running late, likewise when she is got hospital appointments she still have 15minutes grace to get there.
