Google Bad Review 1: Contacted for residential conveyance. Was responded to by a trainee who gave me a verbal quotation which was higher than normal as I requested an expedited service. They followed up with an email requesting identification and full payment however no detailed breakdown of the quotation was provided which was not the case for any other residential conveyance solicitor I previously contacted. I was told that I could not get a breakdown until I provided identification and payment. They followed up afterward in email with a detailed breakdown which did not add up to the full quotation initially provided. Trainee was quite inexperienced and was constantly checking his information with his supervisor which did not give me confidence that the firm would provide high quality work or work in my best interest.

Google Bad Review (2): If I could give them below 0 percent I would. I am writing this review after 11years.. my wife used there service 11years ago.
They lost and her case first time she was arrested on false allegations.
My wife since then suffered depression anxiety also she has been diagnosed with this disability called fibromyalgia.. she lost her job something she studied with two young children.
My wife was innocent as we all know police are 99 % racist they charge ethnic minorities.. it was a white male made a allegation against an a Asian women..
Before the white man making allegations my wife called police they ignored her but arrested my wife on perpetrators allegations.
My wife first time arrested never been to court.. it was scary everything did not understand criminal law.. but this firm solicitor represented her and lost the case.
Now we understand criminal law because after this incident my wife made sure someone becomes a lawyer in the family and we have a lawyer in the family…Also hopefully our daughter will be studying law in university so no innocent life ruined…
Magistrate court is all about convictions and get fine.. they don’t care if your innocent.. your lawyer something they need to prove your innocent.. and this firm lawyer did not do that.
Ruined my family and our happiness.
