Google Bad Review 1:  A bit disappointed with the customer service just received. Called to re-schedule an appointment for this afternoon (understand that it was short notice), and I was offered to just cancel instead and make another booking after, which sounded perfect. I was not informed however that this meant a 30% fee will be charged – would have really appreciated being informed over the phone. Will be looking for a new place in the future.

Google Bad Review (2):  Truly ridiculous. £200 down and a whole sunday lost (7hrs) and I'm going to have to go get both the colour and cut fixed. I arrived for my full head highlights & bob cut appointment at 11am, and only finished at 5:45pm. Practially 7hrs. Toner had to be done twice.
The first time the time colour was the same as I’d asked to get fixed to begin with. After second time I was very happy with it. But now I've now washed my hair and it's far lighter than it was (I specifically wanted it darker), and my white towel and white pillow case are stained with toner.
Bob cut took at least 2.5hrs. Before the highlights he cut it “roughly” although spent around 45mins trying to get the shape perfect. Then having done the coloring, he started the ‘real' cut (both times dry hair). I asked (repeatedly throughout) for it to be shorter, a little below my ears. He left it sitting on my shoulders and kept saying since my natural hair is wavy it would be the right length when I washed it. I also (repeatedly throughout) asked for it to be longer at front (was later told it’s longer at front if I tilt my head fwd!!) than at the back, and it's definitely not, looks like the opposite.
On top of that, it's completely uneven. One half is longer than the other, one side at the back is longer than everything else, the inner layers are a finger shorter than the outer layers on one side (I also pointed this out numerous times and was told it's my hair's fault because it had “twisted in”(??), even though he'd straightened it to do the cut).
Furthermore, he cut it with a side part in, so now if a single strand is out of place the hair is about 4cms longer.
Now, I've had a fantastic bob cut done for £20 in the past. I've had hideous hairuts, but never bad ones. Or certainly not ones that look ridiculous to the naked eye. Had I left after 2.5hrs with a terrible haircut, or 7hrs with a good one, I wouldn't have been half as annoyed. I've never experienced anything like this. It was farcical.
I'd still be sitting in that chair if I hadn't decided that after 2hrs trying to get the haircut to look normal it was never going to get any better (in fact kept getting worse). He kept saying “oh yes let me just….” and another 20mins would go by.
Had told my parter I'd be gone for 2-3hrs max and instead missed the whole Sunday with him and my 4 month old baby. UNbelievable.
Oh, he also flicked a big dollop of toner onto my jumper and stained it. And put the black cloak on me backwards so my front was covered in hair.
Don't get me wrong he was lovely, but this is beyond absurd.
Ah! And even as I was leaving reeeeaally annoyed, he was taking photos of it.
